One Day More Preparation Before Travelling

Travel Checklist

It's the eve of departure for the next getaway, but don't rest easy just yet- you've still got some important things to do.

On the day before your trip, it's essential to take care of key tasks before rushing out the door to catch your plane, from making sure what you need while travelling to accomplishing essential to-dos around the house.

Check off the following few tasks the day before you embark on a fabulous trip overseas.
If you're traveling overseas, confirm that you have the correct adaptors and converters for your electronic devices. Don't have time to go to the store? Hotels often keep spare adaptors and converters for guest use; contact your hotel to ask.

Charge Everything

Your phone, your powerbank, your GPS, your e-reader and all other electronic devices you're planning to pack should be charged the day before your trip.
If you're traveling overseas, confirm that you have the correct adaptors and converters for your electronic devices. Don't have time to go to the store? Hotels often keep spare adaptors and converters for guest use; contact your hotel to ask.
Download
At home, while you still have access to Wi-Fi, it's a good idea to download whatever e-books, TV shows, music, or movies you might want to have on your handheld devices. That's to ensure a less boring long journey.
Check the Weather
It's smart to keep an eye on the weather the week before you depart. Since weather predictions so often change, the most important time to check the weather is the day before your trip. Knowledge of weather conditions in your departure and arrival destinations will give you an idea of any possible flight delays. Plus, it'll help you make any necessary adjustments to your (hopefully) already packed bag.
Pack
It is not advisable to pack the day before your trip. It's best to plan few days or even a week prior to departure, allowing plenty of time to do laundry or purchase new items if necessary.
If you've already packed, use a packing list to go through your luggage and confirm that you have all the essentials. Weigh your luggage, too. A luggage scale or even a bathroom scale will do.
Stop Mail and Newspaper Delivery
The day before your departure, you may also want to suspend your newspaper subscription while away so that no one knows that the house is empty.
Prepararation Before Leaving
Take out the garbage, do some laundry, clean out the fridge, water the plants, lock your windows, and adjust the heat or air-conditioning, unplug all the unnecessary adapter that doesn't need to be running. Logout all the accounts from the computer.
Lastly check your boarding pass, passport and keys before leaving. I used to take cabs to airports to ease the travelling time.
Then you are ready to go and enjoy your trip >.< hehe

520 My Love

Today is another significant day of love
Don't count every 214 in a year
Love ya dear <3 muacks
Today is simply awesome as I booked my flight tickets
To Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok in next 2 weeks time
Sadly we had to cancel our Beijing trip
The main reason is because of H7N9 outbreak
And Taiwan is affected as well

So we decided to hand-in-hand travel
To the busy city of Thailand
Plans aren't in my hands yet
Although I wanted to know asap on the details
So that I can browse through the net
And plan for the free time when tour guide wasn't around
Then I can go for "Tiger Show" perhaps? hahax
Or a full body massage to release my negative ions?
Not a bad idea though :)

Anyway,
Will soon put up my travel itineary in Bangkok
However, I am a little disappointed to celebrate
My biggest day back in Singapore
Well, it'll be a good day to rest too...

Sentosa Trip (half day)

It was an early morning and the skies was dark
We departed in a hurried manner to school
2 coaches were assigned to give us a lift
In less than an hour we reached Sentosa Island
Here are the entrance fees to various places

The trip ran smoothly at the beginning
We went to eat at Malaysian Food Street
He ate beef curry nasi lemak ($4)
Meanwhile mine a bit traditional - bee hoon ($4)
I missed Penang's Loh Bak so I chose that stall
The food was at reasonable prices and tasted okay
Next we visited S.E.A. Aquarium and Sea Museum
Operating hours usually from 10am to 7pm
And we had the chance to enter earlier and thus
We paid a visit to Typhoon Theater too
Luckily the price remains the same $10
Due to less visitors at that moment
S.E.A. aquarium is said to be the largest in South East Asia
And from the hotel room, you can see the fishes
I wondered if that's true cause I don't see anything
The fishes were great and I love the jelly fishes
Then we took the mini train from Waterfront Station
To the Beach Station and landed our feet into sands
Too bad I didn't bring my slippers
I wanted to swim badly but can't help it
Taste of Asia Ala Carte Buffet was booked
Upon entering the main doors
The person in charge was eating happily ignoring us
There wasn't anything she wouldn't scoff at
My pre-order paper was with her
And she didn't even turn to look at us
Until the guys called her name loudly
And passed us the papers
WTH is pre-order when we arrived
It was still not ordered?
The food was bad and limited choices
From the picture itself you can tell the stories
I rather head for McD instead
We were left on our own after that
I shall rate this trip as C-
For their bad organizing capability
I wished not to follow school trips anymore
If the same group of organisers ever ever again
