A place to stay in Taipei Homestay

A month's research and I'd came to a conclusion
Will be staying at Jogging Bear Ming Su for 5 nights
Love the location as is it right at Xi Men Ding
Emailed the owner, Norman and he replied very promptly
He asked to provide details as follows to make reservation:

1. Full English / Chinese name and nationality-must Match passport
（英文姓名或中文姓名、國籍-必需）
2. Valid cell phone number-must , with what’s app would be better (有效的連絡電話、必需)
3. Flight itinerary (PDF格式，航空公司的電子機票或航程表、必需)
4. Transferring receipt of down payment, (50% of total amount-must ;總額50%的訂金匯款收據或付款證明)
Bank account will released u when u provide information of item 1-3
All information requested here must match your passport and flight itinerary.

He also quoted a price for 2 types of rooms for 5 nights in December 2014:
a) Simplified Blue - TWD 7400 (with windows facing neighbour's wall)
b) Greek Romance - TWD 7900 (with windows facing streets)

Payments are made conveniently 50% via bank transfer and 50% pay by cash on arrival.

Pros: Washing of clothes IS FREE but drying of clothes, you just gotta pay like NT30 for 30 minutes~
